Children and Community Services Act 2004

These regulations amend the Children and Community Services Regulations 2006 to prescribe additional offices and positions as departmental officers under section 124A of the Children and Community Services Act 2004.

The amendment affects individuals employed as family support officers, cooks in secure care facilities, and casual employees within the Department, by designating them as departmental officers under the Act.
