Coal Miners' Welfare Act 1947

These regulations amend the Coal Miners' Welfare Regulations 1948 to prescribe the Mining and Energy Union, Western Australian District Branch, for the purposes of section 9(1)(b) of the Coal Miners' Welfare Act 1947, relating to Board membership.

The Mining and Energy Union, Western Australian District Branch, is now formally prescribed for Board membership under the Coal Miners' Welfare Act 1947. This affects the composition and representation on the Coal Miners' Welfare Board.
