Criminal Procedure Act 2004

These rules amend the Criminal Procedure Rules 2005 to update references from the Mentally Impaired Accused Review Board to the Mental Impairment Review Tribunal and replace Schedule 1 Form 13, the Certificate of final outcome of charge.

Courts and legal professionals will need to use the updated form for certificates of final outcome of charge and be aware of the change in terminology regarding the Mental Impairment Review Tribunal.
