📜 Fair Trading Act (Amending Law) Proclamation 2025

This proclamation commences amending provisions of the Commonwealth Treasury Laws Amendment (Fairer for Families and Farmers and Other Measures) Act 2024 for the purposes of the WA Fair Trading Act 2010. Specifically, Schedule 2 items 4 to 28 come into operation the day after publication.
