Vocational Education and Training Act 1996

These regulations amend the Vocational Education and Training (General) Regulations 2009. The amendment involves deleting and replacing regulation 6(g) and (h), replacing it with a new regulation 6(g) defining 'Vocational Degree'.

Registered training organisations (RTOs) and students in vocational education and training programs are affected. RTOs need to update their documentation and training materials to reflect the new definition of 'Vocational Degree'.
