These regulations amend the Dangerous Goods Safety (Road and Rail Transport of Non-explosives) Regulations 2007 and the Dangerous Goods Safety (Storage and Handling of Non-explosives) Regulations 2007 to introduce specific requirements for ammonium nitrate explosion risk goods.
