Energy Operators (Powers) Act 1979

These by-laws amend the Energy Operators (Regional Power Corporation) (Charges) By-laws 2006, updating the supply charges for various tariffs including general supply, residential, community service, and special tariffs, as well as MyPower tariffs.

Consumers of electricity supplied by the Regional Power Corporation will be affected by changes to the fixed and consumption charges for different tariffs. Small voluntary and charitable organizations, residential customers, and those with MyPower tariffs will see revised rates.
