Real Estate and Business Agents Act 1978

These regulations amend the Real Estate and Business Agents (General) Regulations 1979. They relate to the qualifications required for real estate and business agents, specifically regarding additional examinations and transitional arrangements for applications made before 2 September 2024.

Applicants for real estate and business agent licenses may be required to undertake additional examinations. The amendments do not apply to applications made before 2 September 2024 but not yet decided.
