Work Health and Safety Act 2020

These regulations amend the Work Health and Safety (General) Regulations 2022 by replacing Schedule 2, which specifies fees for various licences, registrations, and determinations under the Act.

Businesses and individuals applying for or renewing high-risk work licences, plant registrations, demolition licences, and asbestos removal/assessor licences will be affected by the revised fee schedule. The changes impact the cost of compliance with WHS regulations.
