These regulations amend the Biosecurity and Agriculture Management (Aerial Application) Regulations 2018 and the Biosecurity and Agriculture Management (Agriculture Standards) Regulations 2013. They update the definition of approved training organisation for aerial application and update the MRL Standard reference.
Aerial applicators are affected by the change to the definition of approved training organisation. Agricultural producers are affected by the updated MRL standard, which impacts residue limits for chemical products.
