These regulations amend the Electricity (Licensing) Regulations 1991 to introduce mandatory CPR training requirements for licensed electricians. They also amend the Electricity Regulations 1947.

Licensed electricians in Western Australia are now required to complete approved CPR courses within specified timeframes to maintain their licenses. The Director has powers to approve courses, grant exemptions, and require records.
