📜 Construction Industry Portable Paid Long Service Leave Amendment Regulations 2024

These regulations amend the Construction Industry Portable Paid Long Service Leave Regulations 1986 to increase the contribution rate. Specifically, the contribution rate is increased from 0.5% to 0.75%.
Construction industry employers in Western Australia will be required to pay a higher contribution towards the portable long service leave scheme for their workers. This will increase their labour costs.
