These regulations amend the Vocational Education and Training (General) Regulations 2009. They update the definition of 'registration standards' to refer to the current Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2015 as in force on 1 March 2024.

Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) in Western Australia are affected. They must comply with the updated definition of 'registration standards'.
