Principal Act
This order amends the Health Services (Fees and Charges) Order 2016, increasing a specific fee related to health services. It updates the amount specified in Schedule 1 Division 1 item 1(c).
Health service users who are subject to the fee specified in Schedule 1 Division 1 item 1(c) of the Health Services (Fees and Charges) Order 2016 will be affected by the increase. Health service providers who collect this fee will also be affected.
