Education and Care Services National Law (WA) Act 2012

This regulation amends the Education and Care Services National Regulations 2012 to extend the sunset date in regulations 239A and 242 from 31 December 2024 to 31 December 2025.

Education and care services operating in Western Australia are affected. The extension provides continued validity for provisions under regulations 239A and 242 until the end of 2025.
