Energy Operators (Powers) Act 1979

These by-laws amend the Energy Operators (Regional Power Corporation) (Charges) By-laws 2006, updating electricity supply charges and tariffs for various consumer types, including government, residential, and community service organizations.

Consumers of electricity supplied by the Regional Power Corporation will be affected by changes to tariffs and charges. Government consumers now have a clearer definition. Small voluntary organizations may benefit from the special community service tariff. All consumers will see updated supply charges in Schedules 1 and 2.
