These regulations amend the Evidence (Prescribed Persons) Regulations 2005 by removing Christine Yoke Bing CHIN and Kynan Rhys FULLER from the list of prescribed persons.

This change affects the admissibility of evidence provided by Christine Yoke Bing CHIN and Kynan Rhys FULLER in legal proceedings. Their evidence may no longer be automatically accepted under the Evidence Act 1906.
