These regulations amend the Liquor Control (Bungardi Restricted Area) Regulations 2017, Liquor Control (Kundat Djaru Restricted Area) Regulations 2010, Liquor Control Regulations 1989, and Liquor Control (Woolah Restricted Area) Regulations 2017. They extend the sunset dates for certain restricted areas and remove a spent regulation.
Businesses and individuals operating within or affected by the Bungardi, Kundat Djaru, and Woolah Restricted Areas will see the restrictions extended. The removal of the Parnpajinya Restricted Area regulation has minimal impact as it was already spent.
