The Port Authorities Amendment Regulations 2022 amends the Port Authorities Regulations 2001. It places the Port of Cape Preston West under the control and management of the Pilbara Ports Authority.
The Pilbara Ports Authority is now responsible for the control and management of the Port of Cape Preston West. This affects shipping companies and other users of that port, who will now deal with the Pilbara Ports Authority.
