Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority Act 2011

These regulations amend the Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority Regulations 2011 to declare land in Bentley as a redevelopment area. It inserts regulation 10A and Schedule 1A to define the Bentley redevelopment area based on a plan held by the Authority.
