These regulations amend the Jetties Regulations 1940 to update fees for using pens, berths, and jetties at Fremantle Fishing Boat Harbour and Hillarys Boat Harbour, and to clarify payments related to mooring control areas. They also remove a definition and make other minor adjustments.
Users of jetties, pens, and berths, particularly at Fremantle Fishing Boat Harbour and Hillarys Boat Harbour, will be affected by the updated fees. Those paying mooring fees under the Shipping and Pilotage Regulations will also be affected by the clarification regarding payments.
