These regulations amend the Industrial Relations Commission Regulations 2005. The amendments primarily concern the removal of specific form definitions, updates to application processes for equal remuneration, unfair dismissal, and stop bullying/sexual harassment claims, and changes to notice requirements for retirement from industrial agreements.
Employers and employees involved in industrial relations matters before the Western Australian Industrial Relations Commission will be affected. Changes to application processes and notice requirements will require adjustments to administrative procedures.
