Principal Act
Amends the Industrial Relations (General) Regulations 1997. It modifies the application of the Industrial Relations Act 1979 to new State instruments for a period of 2 years, commencing 1 January 2023.
Employers and employees subject to new State instruments will be affected. Awards may not apply to declared employers and employees while the new State instrument is in force, unless the instrument provides otherwise.
