These regulations declare the Strelley Community a restricted area under the Liquor Control Act 1988, prohibiting the possession and introduction of liquor, with penalties for violations. It also amends the Liquor Control Regulations 1989.
Individuals and businesses, particularly liquor licensees and managers, are affected by the restrictions on liquor within the Strelley Community. Law enforcement is granted powers to seize and dispose of liquor containers. The Director of Liquor Licensing must post notices about the restrictions.
