Liquor Control Act 1988

This regulation amends the Liquor Control (Wangkatjungka Restricted Area) Regulations 2008 to extend the restricted area provisions by changing the sunset date from April 22, 2026, to October 22, 2028.

The extension of the restricted area provisions will continue to affect individuals and businesses operating within the Wangkatjungka Restricted Area by maintaining existing restrictions on alcohol.
