📜 Local Government (Functions and General) Amendment Regulations 2023

Local governments are affected by the changes to contract exemptions. Specifically, councils outside the metropolitan area and City of Mandurah may benefit from the exemption for renewing/extending dental or medical service contracts. Dental and medical practitioners providing services to local governments may also be affected.
