Dangerous Goods Safety Act 2004

These regulations amend the Dangerous Goods Safety (Road and Rail Transport of Non-explosives) Regulations 2007 and the Dangerous Goods Safety (Storage and Handling of Non-explosives) Regulations 2007 to update references to the new Work Health and Safety Act 2020 and associated regulations.

Businesses and individuals involved in the road, rail, storage, and handling of non-explosive dangerous goods in Western Australia will be affected. They will need to be aware of the updated references to the Work Health and Safety legislation.
