This proclamation announces the commencement date for the remaining sections of the Mining Amendment Act 2022, specifically bringing them into operation on 9 September 2025. Sections 1 to 3, 6 and 41 are excluded.

Mining operators and other stakeholders in Western Australia's mining sector will be affected by the operational changes introduced by the Mining Amendment Act 2022, excluding sections 1 to 3, 6 and 41, from 9 September 2025.
