Principal Act
Amends the Misuse of Drugs Regulations 1982 to include veterinarians as authorised professionals and updates related definitions, referencing the Veterinary Practice Act 2021.
Veterinarians are now included as authorised professionals under the Misuse of Drugs Regulations, affecting their ability to prescribe and handle controlled substances. Optometrist definition is also updated.
