Mutual Recognition (Western Australia) Amendment Act 2022

This proclamation commences the Mutual Recognition (Western Australia) Amendment Act 2022, other than Part 1, bringing it into operation on 1 July 2022.

Businesses and individuals relying on mutual recognition arrangements with other Australian jurisdictions will be affected as the changes to WA's mutual recognition laws come into effect. Part 1 of the Act remains not in operation.
