These regulations amend the Planning and Development (Development Assessment Panels) Regulations 2011. They update the fees for DAP applications based on the estimated cost of development and replace Schedule 3 Form 2 relating to applications for amendment or cancellation of development approval.

Developers and applicants for development assessment panel approvals will be affected by the changes to application fees. Local governments will use the updated form for amendment or cancellation applications.
