Principal Act
Extends the expiry dates for restricted area regulations under the Liquor Control Act 1988. It also amends the definition of the Spinifex Native Title Determination Area and Wakathuni Aboriginal Community.
Liquor licensees and individuals within the Bayulu, Spinifex, and Wakathuni restricted areas are affected. The changes extend existing restrictions on alcohol in these areas, and update the defined boundaries.
