These regulations amend the Short-Term Rental Accommodation Regulations 2024 to provide an exemption for premises in Kalgoorlie-Boulder used for short-term rental accommodation during the Diggers & Dealers Mining Forum. It also defines the Diggers & Dealers Mining Forum.
Owners of short-term rental accommodation in Kalgoorlie-Boulder will be affected, as their properties are exempt from certain regulations during the Diggers & Dealers Mining Forum. This may increase their rental income during that period.
