These regulations amend the State Enterprises (Commonwealth Tax Equivalents) (Application) Regulations 1997 by deleting the row relating to the Chemistry Centre (WA). This removes the Chemistry Centre (WA) from the list of state enterprises subject to Commonwealth tax equivalents.
The Chemistry Centre (WA) is no longer subject to the State Enterprises (Commonwealth Tax Equivalents) Act 1996. This may affect the financial obligations of the Chemistry Centre (WA).
