📜 Therapeutic Goods (Legislative Instruments) Notice (No. 19) 2025
This Notice, made under the Therapeutic Goods Law Application Act 2024, formally publishes two new therapeutic legislative instruments that apply as law in Western Australia. These instruments are the Therapeutic Goods (Medical Devices—Specified Articles) Amendment Instrument 2025 and the Therapeutic Goods (Articles that are Not Medical Devices) Amendment Declaration (No. 2) 2025.
Manufacturers, suppliers, and users of therapeutic goods and medical devices in Western Australia are affected, as new or amended rules regarding the classification and regulation of certain medical devices and articles will now apply. This ensures consistency with federal therapeutic goods legislation.
