Rail Safety National Law (WA) Act 2015

These regulations amend the Rail Safety National Law (WA) Regulations 2015, the Road Traffic (Vehicles) Regulations 2014, and the Transport (Road Passenger Services) Regulations 2020 to reflect the new Work Health and Safety Act 2020.

Businesses and individuals operating in the rail, road traffic, and road passenger services sectors in WA will be affected by the changes, as they will need to comply with the updated references to the Work Health and Safety Act 2020.
