Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 3 july 2024, are required by the executor, leonard michael stream of c/- hall & wilcox, level 19, 108 st georges terrace, perth 6000 to send particulars of their claims to him by no later than one month from the date of this advertisement, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
