In the estate of laurence ‘ross’ symonds late of 10 sabina street, woodlands in the state of western australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962 (wa) relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 22 december 2025, are required by the executor, peter james custance of 5 yolande place, city beach in the state of western australia to send particulars of their claims to them at hlb lawyers, 8 morris place innaloo, wa 6018 by the date being one month following the publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to claims of which they then have notice.
