Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of Ivan Simich, late of 1 Castellon Crescent, Coogee, Western Australia, who died on 27 November 2025, are required by the Executor, Denis Robert Simich, to send particulars of their claims to him at GG Legal, PO Box 61, South Fremantle, Western Australia 6162 within 30 days of this notice.
