This Order, made by the Chief Psychiatrist under section 539 of the Mental Health Act 2014, revokes the designation of specified mental health practitioners as authorised mental health practitioners. The order comes into operation in two stages, with clauses 1 and 2 effective on publication in the Gazette, and clause 3 effective the day after.
