It is hereby notified for public information that council resolved at its meeting, held on the 15th april 2021, to undertake the following— pursuant to section 24g(2) of the bush fires act 1954, the burning of garden refuse is prohibited in all areas within the shire of yilgarn, and to all persons, during the restricted and prohibited burning period; pursuant to section 25(1a) of the bush fires act 1954, camp and cooking fires are prohibited in all areas within the shire of yilgarn, and to all persons, during the prohibited burning period.

Requests the Minister for Local Government to approve the revestment of land in the Crown due to unpaid rates and charges unless outstanding amounts are paid within 30 days.

Approves the Shire of Yilgarn Local Planning Scheme amendment to update terms, appendices, numerals, and clauses related to scheme aims and zone objectives.
