It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the Shire of Yilgarn Local Planning Scheme amendment on 5 September 2023 for the purpose of deleting and replacing terms, deleting appendices, replacing roman numerals, and inserting clauses related to scheme aims and zone objectives.

Amends the Shire of Yilgarn Public Places, Local Government Property and Trading Local Law 2025.
Requests the Minister for Local Government to approve the revestment of land in the Crown due to unpaid rates and charges unless outstanding amounts are paid within 30 days.
Enacts the Shire of Yilgarn Dogs Local Law 2017.
Prohibits burning of garden refuse and camp/cooking fires within the Shire of Yilgarn during restricted and prohibited burning periods.
