Pursuant to Section 30 of the State Development Act 2025, the Narrogin Wind Farm development project is designated as a priority project. This designation is made with the approval of the Premier, recognising the project's strategic or economic significance to Western Australia. The project involves a 179 MW renewable wind energy development with up to 23 wind turbines.
