In accordance with Regulation 50(b) of the Mining Regulations 1981, notice is hereby given that unless the rent due on the under mentioned mining tenements is paid on or before 29 April 2026 it is the intention of the Minister responsible for the Mining Act 1978 under the provisions of sections 96A(1) and 97(1) of the Mining Act 1978 to forfeit such for breach of covenant, being non-payment of rent.
