I, Bradley Richards-Scully, Acting Inspector, being the delegated officer of the Minister for Transport under Section 139 of the Road Traffic (Administration) Act 2008, approve the temporary suspension of the Road Traffic Act and/or Regulations for the Experts Cup 2025—Gravel Car Rally on 25 October 2025 between 05:00 Hrs and 22:00 Hrs on specified carriageways in Palmer and Wellington South. Racing to be confined to specified roads and tracks. Temporary suspension applies to ‘Car Rally Racing’ in accordance with Motorsport Australia National Guidelines.
