ZZ412 TRUSTEES ACT 1962 DECEASED ESTATES Notice to Creditors and Claimants In the matter of the Estate of Marion Alexandra Clarke late of 55 Bell Drive West Busselton Western Australia, deceased. Creditors and other person having claim (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 6 March 2026 are required by the Executors Sandra Firman and Nicholas Watts to send particulars of their claims to 15 Coachwood Gardens Ballajura WA 6066 by one month from the publication of this notice after which date the Executors may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
