Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 16 July 2025 are required by the personal representative to send particulars of their claims to the care of Amanda Liston Legal, PO Box 4234, North Mandurah WA 6210 within 4 weeks from the date of this advertisement after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard to the claims of which he/she then has notice.
