Notice is hereby given that Prospecting Licence P 51/3086, held by David Kenneth Hodder, is liable for forfeiture under Section 96(1)(a) of the Mining Act 1978 for late payment of rent. The application will be heard by Warden TW McPhee in Perth on 04/08/2026 at 10.00am.
