Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 (WA) relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 1 July 2025, are required by the joint executors Victoria Jackson, Andrew Roy Went Jackson, Sarah Anne Davis and John Wesley Butler, care of HopgoodGanim Lawyers, Level 27, Allendale Square, 77 St Georges Terrace, Perth, Western Australia, to send particulars of their claims to them within one (1) month from today, after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice. ———————————
