Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the said deceased person are required by the Executor of the deceased’s estate being Craig Thomas Lemon of 567 Lower Denmark Rd, Cuthbert WA 6330, to send particulars of their claims to him within one (1) month of the date of publication of this notice, after which date the Executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice. ———————————
